Construction Status Update – Borik Residential Complex

We are pleased to report continued strong progress on the construction of the Borik Residential Complex, as we move closer to completing a modern and high-quality residential development in the heart of Zadar’s Borik district.

Key Construction Highlights – August 2025:

 Reinforced Concrete Works Completed
All reinforced concrete works on the buildings and basement are now fully completed, marking a major structural milestone.

 Masonry Works Finalized
Construction of load-bearing and partition walls in both the apartments and basement has been successfully completed.

 External Joinery Installation
The installation of aluminium windows and doors is in progress across the buildings.

 Roof Works in Progress
Execution of sloped concrete layers is underway on the roofs of Buildings 1 and 2, while waterproofing works are being carried out on roofs and balconies.

 Plumbing Installations
Plumbing works in the basement and on Buildings 1 and 2 are reaching completion.

 Electrical Installations
Electrical installation works continue in the basement and across all buildings.

With each completed phase, the Borik Residential Complex moves closer to becoming a modern, sustainable, and premium living environment designed to meet the highest expectations of future residents.
