Construction Status Update – Borik Residential Complex

We are pleased to report continued strong progress on the construction of the Borik Residential Complex, as we move closer to completing a modern and high-quality residential development in the heart of Zadar’s Borik district.

Key Construction Highlights – October-Middle November 2025:

 Boundary Walls Construction
Reinforced concrete boundary walls are being constructed in the surrounding area, shaping the external landscape of the complex.

 Garage Works
Interior storage room doors have been installed in the garage area, advancing functional readiness.

 External Joinery Installation
External joinery (aluminium windows and doors) has been fully installed on Buildings 1, 2, and 4. Installation is actively progressing on the remaining buildings.

 Plumbing Installations Near Completion
Internal plumbing works are nearing completion in all buildings.

 Electrical Works
Electrical installation works are ongoing in Buildings 4 and 5, as well as in the garage area.

 Mechanical Installations (HVAC Systems)
Mechanical works continue on the installation of air-conditioning systems in Buildings 1, 2, and 3, preparing the buildings for final equipment integration.

With each completed phase, the Borik Residential Complex moves closer to becoming a modern, sustainable, and premium living environment designed to meet the highest expectations of future residents.
