We are looking for a highly capable real estate manager with an excellence sales, communication, organisational, pro-active skills to ensure that our property and related finances are optimally managed.
Real Estate Manager Responsibilities:
• Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties -full sales cycle.
• Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
• Determining sales income and negotiating purchase agreements.
• Preparing financial statements and records.
• Reporting to real estate developer CEO and investors on a regular basis.
• Ability to detect needs and seek successful solutions for customer making sure they understand the value and quality of the real states.

Real Estate Manager Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or project management.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a project management, real estate, or a similar role.
• Extensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
• Knowledge of industry legal terms and banking approval process
• Good Knowledge of the district and Zadar city, North Dalmatia region
• Communication skills, understanding of the local real-estate situation on the market.
• Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining rental rates.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
• Advanced ability to keep property owners and investors updated.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Organisational skills
