Dear customers and partners, we have paused the construction of our plots until mid-September. Every year, our local government office makes a decision to pause construction work during the high tourist season. As a construction company building in Sukošan, we are obliged to respect the law and pause our construction site. We also want our current guests and future owners and customers to be aware that local government offices and the tourist board take all of you into account and wish you a pleasant holiday and enjoyment of the summer holidays without a working environment. In September, we return with full force to complete the second phase. In the summer we are preparing for other projects and other locations, so if you are interested, contact us for more information.
